Warranty Options

Standard Warranty 6 Month Warranty on all Parts: All parts we sell come with a standard 6-month parts coverage. This plan includes a one-time replacement part, not including labor. 

Gold Warranty: Our Gold Warranty includes an upgraded 1 ½ year parts coverage. This plan includes a one-time replacement part without labor coverage. 

Silver Plus Labor Warranty: Silver Plus assures the customer with a 6 Month Part and Full Labor coverage. This plan includes a one-time replacement part and full labor rate coverage, for any necessary repairs or part replacement. 

Gold Plus Labor Warranty: Gold Plus assures the customer a 1 ½ Year Part and Full Labor coverage. This plan includes a one-time replacement part and full labor rate coverage, for any necessary repairs or part replacement. 

Platinum Plus Labor Warranty: Platinum Plus assures the original customer a Lifetime Part and Full Labor coverage. This plan includes a one-time replacement part and full labor rate coverage, for any necessary repairs or part replacement. 

Unlimited Nationwide Warranty 

Not only does Chuck’s cover Full Labor warranty, it’s also nationwide with unlimited miles. By offering our labor warranty and giving the customer peace of mind wherever you are. The warranty also insures shops and dealerships for their customers as well.  

Inhouse Claims Processing 

With Chucks’ in-house warranty claims department, it’s as easy as placing an order.  Call in with your order number and explain in detail what’s the component is doing. One of our ASE certified warranty technicians will reach out to get an idea of the current condition of your part. After attempting to diagnose any repairable issue, the technicians will verify whether the part is beyond repair. At this point, a replacement will be ordered and delivered to whatever facility the vehicle is located at, NATIONWIDE. As the repair is completed, checks are mailed to cover Alldata time for the repair at ANY standard shop labor rate.  

What Can You Add Warranty On

Warranty coverage can be applied to most any new, used, or remanufactured mechanical or body part. Most all remanufactured drivetrain comes with a standard 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty, although we also offer a lifetime warranty option to cover you for whatever is to come! Ask your parts specialist for included warranty details on your remanufactured part.
